The head represents the observer's leader or patron. This could well be his tather, brother, employer, chief, husband, king etc. Ihus, any detect in the head points to a similar defect in the leader or patron. Sometimes the head represents a person's capital.
In a dream, the head represents leadership, presidency, or one's capital. If one's head looks bigger than usual in the dream, then it represents his father, or it could mean rising in rank and receiving honor. If one's head looks smaller in the dream, it means loss of respect, rank and honor. If an intelligent person sees his head smaller in a dream, it means that he will turn to ignorance, or perhaps lose his job. Seeing oneself in a dream having two or three heads means victory over one's enemy, wealth for a poor person, blessed children for a rich person, marriage for an unwed person, or attainment of one's goal. Seeing oneself in a dream without a head cover means disobedience to one's superior. If one sees his head down, or hanging loose in a dream, it means confessing to one's wrongdoing, or experiencing a long life of humiliation and striving to please someone. If one's head is fixed backward in a dream, it means delays in attaining his goals, hindrance of one's travel plans, or it could represent someone's return from a business trip slowly and without greed. If one sees his head severed without beheading in a dream, it means that he will shortly die, or it could mean his freedom. Seeing one's head turning into a lion's head in a dream, it means that he will rule and prosper. If it turns into a sheep's head in the dream, it means that he will be just and equitable. If it turns into a donkey's head in a dream, it means that he will revert to ignorance. If it turns into a dog's head, a donkey's head, or a horse's head, or any of the domesticated animals in a dream, it means toiling and hardships. If it turns into a bird's head in a dream, it means that he travels a lot. If it turns into an elephant's head, or a wolfs head, or a tiger's head in a dream, it means that he is looking to do things beyond his means, though he will still benefit from his ambition. If one's head is hit with a stone in a dream, it means that he neglects to perform his night prayers before sleeping. If one contracts any pain in his head or neck in a dream, it means an illness. If one sees . his head anointed with fragrances or oils in a dream, it represents his good endeavors and piety. Eating someone's head raw in a dream means backbiting him. Eating it cooked in a dream means steeling money from him ifhe recognizes him. Otherwise, it means steeling from one's own property or share. Holding one's head between one's hands in a dream means reorganization of one's debts. Seeing someone's head on a tray drenched with blood in a dream represents the head of a leader who lies, or wh i<; lied to. Blood in a dream means lies or falsehood. A turban in a dream rev .ents a crown or a flying ship. One's head in a dream also represents knowledg ,wisdom, respect, children, followers, or money. Losing one's head in a dream means carelessness, heedlessness, or inability to properly manage one's interests. Cutting off one's own head in a dream means committing suicide, severing one's connection with one's family, or betraying one's father or teacher. Looking at one's own head in a dream means examining one's investment or capital worth. Seeing cattle heads gathered somewhere in a dream means profits. If one sees a king beheading him in a dream, it means that God Almighty will cleanse him from his sins and dispel his agonies and distress. Al-Bakri Al-Qafsi
The head is indicative of one who is in charge of a person and hasauthority over him, such as the father, guardian, master or teacher,because the head is essential to its body and the leader or chief isessential to a person. It is also indicative of a child, brother or relative,and of capital, houses and livelihood. If a person dreams that his head became good, the situation of theperson indicated will improve. If he dreams that the head is cut off orsome defect occurs in it, then the person indicated will leave him orbecome poor after being rich or trouble will befall him. If the dreameris sick or at war, he will die. It is also indicative of leadership. A big head for a man is indicative of a position of greater leadership;if it is small, his leadership will be undermined. Seeing a lot of headsis indicative of wealth, a lot of righteous children and prevailing overone's enemies. If a man dreams that his head is hanging low, he will incur losses andwill do what is shameful, because Allah says: "And if you only could see when the Mujrimoon (criminals,disbelievers, polytheists, sinners) shall hang their heads beforetheir Lord." [Al-Sajdah 32:12] Or it may be indicative of a long life, because Allah says: "And he whom We grant long life We reVerse him increation (weakness after strength)." [Yaa Seen 36:68] If his head turns into the head of a lion, he will attain leadershiphigher than he deserves. That is also indicative of travelling. If i t turnsinto the head of a dog or another animal, that is indicative of trouble andstress. If it turns into the head of a bird, this is indicative of travellinga great deal. If it turns into the head of a ram and he is a king, this indicatesthat he will be deposed, and if it turns into the head of a dog, this isindicative of harm. If he dreams that the heads of people are cut off in his hand, peoplewill submit to him. If he dreams that he eats the head of an unknown person raw, he willbackbite about someone, and he may get money from the ruler. If heeats it cooked, if he is known he will consume his capital and if he isunknown he will consume his own wealth. If his head is taken by someone righteous, that is indicative of takinghis capital, because Allah says : " Aut if you repent, you shall have your capital sums. " [Al - Baqarah 2:279] If he cuts off his head and he keeps it and protects it, he will acquirewealth and will recover if he is sick. A man said: I dreamt that I picked up a severed head. ShaykhShihaab - ud - Deen said to him: You will sell headgear. A woman said: I dreamt that I cut off my head and replaced it with anew one. He said: You got a garment and a child of yours died, but youwill have another child. And you left one man and married another. Shesai d: You are right. And it all turned out as he said. Another man said: I dreamt that my head was broken. He said: You live under a dome but it is going to be destroyed. And it wasdestroyed. A child said: A head fell from my hands and broke. He said: A vesse lfell from your hands and broke. He said: Yes. Another person dreamtthat, and he said: A watermelon fell from your hands and broke. Hesaid: Yes.
