Green figs are liked by many people, so they are indicative of provision and benefit. The evidence for that is that it is said that thehonour of the fig is based on the fact that an oath was sworn by it in theQur'an. And some of them said that seeing it in the dream is indicativeof trouble. Shaykh Shihaab-ud-Deen said: For the one who usually feelsdistressed when he sees it, he is going to face trouble if he sees it in hisdream, because of his habit. Otherwise it signifies provision.
