If the dreamer dreams that he bids farewell to pe ople who wereaway, they will come to him, because the word Wadaa' (farewell)written backwards says 'Aadu, which means they returned. This hasbeen discussed above. Reconciliation is indicative of the prevalence ofgood, because Allah says: " And making peac e is better. " [al - Nisa ' 4:128] A call for reconciliation represents a call to guidance; forbiddingreconciliation indicates that the one who does that is trying to preventgoodness. II.

If a person dreams that he is bidding farewell to his wife, he willdivorce her. It is also indicative of separation between the one who bidsfarewell and the one to whom he bids farewell, and it is indicative ofseparation between partners, dismissal of a man in a position of authority,and loss for the merchant. It may also be indicative of taking back thedivorced wife, reconciling with a partner, profit for the trader, recoveryfor one who is sick, reinstatement for the man in a position of authorityand return of the traveller, because the word Wadaa' (farewell) writtenbackwards is 'Aadu, which means they returned.
